Kategora, as a property promoter, designs and develops accommodation complexes and generates value for its investors through the operation, under its Kora Living lodging brand, in charge of maximizing the profitability of each complex through short- and medium-term rentals.

The harmony between both activities, promotion, and management, makes us unique. We take care of the details in all phases, allowing us to maximize the investor's profitability.

The estimated return is 6% net of expenses.

You will receive a mixed profitability. On one hand, the fixed and contractually insured part, on the other hand, the variable part, defined according to the results obtained by the complex. The fixed income is settled quarterly, while the variable income is settled annually after the accounts have been audited.

You have the physical guarantee of the property itself and we offer a corporate guarantee as a rent guarantee. We also provide the security of a successful model that has been proven for 19 years.

We have developed three product lines that cover current housing needs: Flex Living, Beach, and Urban. We currently have a portfolio of 3 operational projects and 13 more in the design and development phase that represent a total of 2,500 apartments with a gross accumulated value (GAV) of 650 million euros and the confidence of more than 1000 investors.

The payment schedule is conditioned to the construction of the complex for the investor's security. The last installment is between 55% and 70% of the total amount for the deed and delivery.

This model allows us to offer our more than 1000 investors high profitability and security along with other advantages such as periods of use and enjoyment of the apartments.
